That's really nice stuff. :D Especially the clouds in the BG. The only think I might point out is that the light linework seems a little lost on Cagalli. I know you tried to keep the linework away from black, (I have the same problem myself.) But I think in this case, even if you did use black outlines, it wouldn't have mattered :) As SEEDs style is quite bold anyway.
