I am a Kurogane and Tomoyo fan, I think they are cute together The scan is adorable so I decided to vector it.

Kurogane isn't really hard to do but Tomoyo is kinda complicated, especially her hairs and ribbon. I didnt do the arrows that surrounding them.
I used adobe photoshop CS to vector this one.
